About

Wayward Angel

Eric Grace developed his sound over 25 years before doing his first performance in Oregon.

Growing up in St. Paul, MN, Sedona, AZ, and Ashland, OR gave him a unique blend of experience and communities to help create a new kind of conscious rock that blends his passion for sound, soul, and self-discovery. Each song he creates brings a unique musical aesthetic to the listener, jumping genres while inspiring a sense of wonder and response to life's constant call for us to evolve.

Learning to Live as a Musician

Starting out, the idea of being a musician was the furthest thing on Eric's mind. After years of resisting the calling and making a living as a counselor, mentor, and business owner, Eric realized the only way for him to evolve as a person was to create and play his music. Over several years,  Eric logged many open mics, jam sessions, and meetings with other musicians.  This time proved crucial in shaping his sound making it what it is today. Each day brings new experience and new music.

Looking to the Future

Eric is pulling together all the songs he has created over 25 years to put together his first album titled Wayward Angel. This most likely will lead to touring after in small and larger settings. His set list will prominently feature the newer stuff but also dive into favorites from his earlier years. Check out his tour page in the future for when he’ll be playing near you.
